Job Coaching

Job coaching is paramount to the success of the student. There are three aspects:

1. Working with the student during the year in a mentoring capacity. Assisting the student after graduation and working with the employer to assure success.
2. Providing training to family and community members to provide on-going support, mentoring and job support as needed in the future. Weekend retreats will be held during the year to achieve this goal.
3.  Seek out local support groups to continue advocacy.
