Self Determination and Interpersonal Skills

Help students develop self-awareness, self-confidence, socially responsible behavior, good interpersonal skills, independence, decision making and good communication skills.

Adopt a Friend

Establish a community-based mentoring program, where volunteers from the community, including local churches and colleges, are matched with students, with a general focus on building relationships and enhancing students’ social activities.

Support and training will be given to the volunteers, who will also undergo a background check before joining the program.

Regular contact in person, via email and via telephone will foster higher levels of self-esteem, improve social interaction and provide further support to the students.
